110707 Jaejung de JYJ “La casa de mis sueños se hizo realidad”

Popular group JYJ’s Kim Jaejoong has signed a contract with a new apartment in an area which is currently undergoing establishment.

JYJ officials stated on July 7th through a telephone interview with Star News that, “With the profits Jaejoong has made with their JYJ World Tour, it has come to the event that Jaejoong has signed a contract with a new apartment complex. As it is the first time he is to have a home under his own name and to be able to call it “my home”, Jaejoong is extremely pleased. Also, the complex that Jaejoong signed a contract with is also where Jaejoong’s fellow member, Junsu, is currently living in. It has easy access due to the subway station which is close by, the view is also nice, so it seems that Jaejoong is quite satisfied.”

According to this official, Jaejoong is to be moving in next month as the interior of the new home is still underway. Jaejoong is to become resident of the penthouse of this apartment(top floor with a terrace) and is 297.5 square meters, and sale price of 3 billion won.

Their other member Yoochun is currently living in a luxury villa (low rise apartment) in Hannam-dong Yongsan-gu.

Kim Jaejung del grupo JYJ ha firmado un contrato con un nuevo departamento en una zona que actualmente esta en fase de establecimiento.

Oficiales de JYJ declararón el 7 de julio a travéz de una entrevista telfonica con Star News que "con los beneficios que Jaejung ha hecho con su JYJ world Tour ha llegado el caso de que Jaejung ha firmado un nuevo contrato con un complejo de apartamentos. Como es la primera vez que tiene una casa a su nombre es capaz de llamarla "Mi casa" Jaejung esta muy contento. Además el complejo con el que Jaejung firmo el contrato es donde tambien el amigo de Jaejung, Junsu, vive actualmente. Tiene facil acceso por la estacion del metro que esta cerca, la vista también es maravillosa, así que parece que Jaejung esta muy satisfecho.

Según el oficial Jaejung se mudara el proximo mes el interior de la nueva casa esta en movimiento. Jaejung sera recidente del atico apartamento (piso superiro con terraza) 297.5 metros cuadrados y el precio de venta fue de 3 millones de won.

Su otro miembro Yucheon actualmente sta viviendo en una villa de lujo (apartamentos de poca altura en Hannam-dong Yongsan-gu).
