Tohoshinki LIVE TOUR 2012 ~TONE~
Today I went to the first day of Tohoshinki’s concert tour
together with KO & YU-KI.
Of course I won’t tell the details.
Oh, I really want to talk about it~!!
I first didn’t know
what kind of feeling I would have,
but the results were…
It was really fun!!
Who are the dancers?
Who are the band members?
Ha~san, who is running backstage!
The stage director ~-san!
The makeup artist ~san!
The stylist ~san!
The security guards!
We were all having such fun,
time passed by in a blink of an eye.
It was the first time that I objectively watched the stage.
It was really dazzling.
And I missed the stage a little bit…
It was because
I was together on stage with them all the time from the ZEPP stage
(T/N: 1st LIVE TOUR 2006 -Heart, Mind and Soul-).
As a professional dancer,
I was really trained by (working together with) their stages
Not only from the technical point of view, but the mental point,
how to approach to work
and also the atttidute.
I think that the current myself is here
because I had the experience of working together in their stages.
It was a while since I last met Yunho and Changmin,
and both members were much stronger and powerful than before.
But their smiles when they realized us
haven’t changed a bit.
Even though we do not exchange any words,
when we see their performance,
we can understand a lot of things.
The two were the best.
The encounter with wonderful artists
are the treasure for us dancers.
The new dancers all have wonderful talents,
and they should really improve more in the future.
I am so thankful that I was able to go and see them!!

Concerning the Charity Event by JUNSU/JEJUNG/YUCHUN

There was an announcement on April 5 this year, that JUNSU/JEJUNG/YUCHUN (exclusive artists of our company, hereinafter named “JJY”) will hold a charity support event (hereinafter called “this event”) for the Tohoku Kanto Earthquake Disaster.

This event was planned without receiving any permission from our company, which holds the exclusive management rights for JJY in Japan.

Our company has protested multiple times to the organizer ZAK Corporation (hereinafter named “ZAK Corp”) and JJY’s Korean management company, C-JeS ENTERTAINMENT, Co.ltd (hereinafter named “C-Jes Corp” ). However, they have not listened to our protests, and forced through with the ticket sales unilaterally.

Concerning our company’s above handlings, we have received many comments and requests from JJY fans that this event should push through. Or, that since the sole purpose is for charity, we should especially dissolve the exclusive contract. On the other hand, we have received protests from multiple antisocial forces. Furthermore, we were under duress that our president should be harmed, etc.

However, our company holds the exclusive rights for JJY’s activities in Japan, and we have just taken actions for the infringement rightfullly and properly.

Additionally, as we have announced in our press release of September 16 last year, there remains to be compliance problems such as the criminal record of the President of C-JeS in assaulting/blackmailing an artist (of whom he was in charge of). Moreover, the exclusive contract declaratory judgment is still going on in Korea. Therefore, we have no other choice than to suspend the activities of JJY until these are settled.

In spite of the above circumstances, ZAK Corp and C-JeS have in their joint names, and, as ZAK Corp by itself, have filed two provisional dispositions against our company to the Tokyo District Court, claiming that our company’s handlings have no legitimate basis.

Hereafter, our company will contend our legitimacy at the judicature.

Our company does not think that the JJY members themselves are aware of everything that is happening.
Our company wishes that the JYJ members will understand the situation correctly and the real intention of our company.
Additionally, as we have been consistently commenting, our company long for the day where the compliance and legal problems in Korea will be resolved, and that our company can once again manage JJY. Furthermore, to resume the artists’ activities as Tohoshinki . We will do our best in the future.

For the fans who support JJY, we understand that we are making all of you worry.
We appreciate your kind understanding on the above.

Firstly, I sincerely thank you for your unending love and cheers for JYJ.

Despite a situation where JYJ was unable to do activities in Japan due to their Avex contract suspension, JYJ’s worldwide album as well as activities have received great support, and I am constantly grateful.

Due to the Tohoku Earthquake that occurred last month, while the whole Japan was struck by grief, JYJ grieved as well, with the emotions of a family.

So, for the sake of repaying everybody for their love, we planned a charity concert in hopes that we would recover from the Tohoku Earthquake as soon as possible. However, even though we pushed forward with the thoughts of wanting to do whatever we can, regardless of our intention, the cancellation of the concert, as well as other troubles occurred. The tickets had already been sold, and to everybody who had been looking forward to the concert, we apologise for the inconvenience caused.

When I thought about the Japanese fans who had been waiting for JYJ’s performance for a long time, I decided that we cannot showcase a slipshod performance. We considered cancelling the performance, but to keep the promise that we made to the fans who have been silently waiting and believing in JYJ, we decided that the performance will go on.

I will do my utmost to ensure that the performance be held as planned.
For the Japanese fans, this concert is not just a one-time event, please take this to be a sign that JYJ will be starting activities in Japan from now on.
Therefore, the location for this concert may be rather poor, and may be lacking. Please believe in our sincerity, and we hope that everyone will be able to support us.

From now on, JYJ will not give in to such pressures, as long as it is a place where the Japanese fans can listen to JYJ’s music, we will be there.
For the sake of repaying the trust of the Japanese fans, I will fight with all I have so that they can once again listen to JYJ’s music and stories.

TVXQ va a empezar sus actividades de promoción en el extranjero

TVXQ will move on and begin their overseas promotional activites.

After a period of 2 years and 3 months since the released of the 4th album, TVXQ starts their Korea promotional activities with the fifth album “Keep Your Head Down”, which has swept the first place in various music programs for 3 weeks continuely, together with the repackage album “Before U Go”.

Their goodbye stages which start from Music Bank on the 22nd of April, and move on to Music Core on the 23rd of April and lastly to Inkigayo on the 24th of April, marks a beautiful end to their promotion. They have successfully completed their promotional activites in Korea and thus, TVXQ will be meeting their overseas fans soon.

If were to recall which country is TVXQ most active in, the first country that most people will think of is no other than Japan. On the 26th of January, the new song, “Keep Your Head Down” was released in Japan. The responses were great and “Keep Your Head Down” has successfully swept the first position of Oricon daily, weekly, and monthy chart. In addition, Japan will be preparing a special TVXQ’s series that will last for 2 months in Sky Perfect Communication as well.

Staffs from their respective agency SM Entertainment said, “TVXQ have received invitations from Japan and various Asia countries. Thus, they will be taking a short break before starting their overseas activities so that they can have a better focus on their overseas promotion. “

Also, TVXQ will be participating in “Seoul-Osaka Music of Heart 2011 Fighting Japan” together with 2PM, MBLAQ and many other artists in Osaka’s kyoceradome on the 7th of June.

To add on, the OST for SBS drama “Paradise Ranch”, which is the first drama that Changmin acted in, will be released on the 15th of June in Japan as well.

Fans crearon Estación de Radio en Internet para JYJ que tendra su primera transmisión el 3 de Marzo

Internet radio station that is built by JYJ fans is already finalized and will start its first airing on March 3rd in the country.

According to an official of this JYJ internet radio station dedicated to broadcast JYJ’s songs, the radio is going to be active on coming March 3rd at 8 pm for more than two hours long.

In commemoration of the first airing, each day in the one week special will be decorated with moment of celebration footages of Jaejoong, Yoochun, and Junsu’s friends from various fields such as comedian, actors, broadcasters, singers, and musical actors. A fanmade music video containing JYJ-related pictures that were sent from fans world-wide will also be released.


After the first broadcast episode, the radio station is scheduled to operate for 1 hour and can be accessed from many different countries.

This JYJ broadcast network is established as private broadcast station dedicated to JYJ by fans, for around a while fans have worked together to promote the website as well as recruit all staffs needed to run an internet radio including web designer, DJ, and writers from all over the country.

Due to conflicts with former agency SM Entertainment, JYJ’s broadcasting activities have been pretty much disrupted, leaving some fans in concern. This ‘fanmade’ internet radio station is indeed an example that shows huge influence of a powerful fanbase that surprised the officials.

“U-Know Yunho’s girlfriend? No. We’re just good friends.”

Actress Lee Seon Ah laughed loudly and waved off the remark. At the slighly awkward question ‘You seem to be close with U-Know Yunho?’, she smiled and began talking.

“Yunho and I are hometown friends. I knew him until I was in college but we stopped contacting each other once Yunho got busy.”

The question about the two came from the ‘Star shot’ they took together. (T/N: ‘Star shot’ is the sticker photo which you can decorate and write on, like the ones Yunho and Yoochun took together in 2004.) The ‘Star shot’ U-Know Yunho and Lee Seon Ah took together 7 years ago is spreading amongst TVXQ fans and has become a hot topic.


“It’s a photo we took at COEX while Yunho was still a trainee. ‘Star shot’ was all the rage back then, and it was something everyone did; it was like a rite of passage.”

The last time Lee Seon Ah saw U-Know Yunho was when she was attending an acting academy before enterting college as a theater and film studies major. There, she met another one of U-Know Yunho’s hometown friends by chance.

“Once, Yunho visited our acting academy to cheer us on not long after his debut. Back then, I used to like Micky Yoochun so I teased him and said, ‘Why didn’t you bring Micky Yoochun with you?’ We still used to speak in a Jeolla province dialect back then. hahaha.”

SM vs Mnet, El conflicto se resuelve ... Mnet comienzara a proveer la música de SM el 21

The conflict between SM Entertainment and Mnet Media has been resolved.

On the 21st, SM revealed that, “‘Mnet.com’ will resume supplying SM artistes’ music. Mnet Media, in charge of ‘Mnet.com’, has made a continuous and sincere effort to restore SM’s faith in them after wrongly supplying SM’s music without prior approval by SM by sending an official apology to SM and promising to ensure that such a mishap will not occur again. SM accused Mnet Media of using SM’s contents without consent in the early months of 2009. They then ceased to supply the agency’s music to Mnet and refused to have the agency’s artistes, such as TVXQ, Super Junior, Girls’ Generation and SHINee, appear on Mnet’s programs.

But TVXQ’s appearance on Mnet’s ‘M! Countdown’ last month on the 20th, the first apperance by a SM artiste on an Mnet program in two years, proved that the conflict between the two companies was subsiding.

Thanks to SM and Mnet Media’s agreement, people will be able to hear SM artistes’ music on Mnet once more from the 21st.

JYJ anuncia tour mundial + Jaejung quiere ser director

JYJ is gearing up to embark on a large-scale world tour.

The trio is planning to resume their overseas promotions in April by hosting the ‘JYJ World Tour Concert in 2011‘, which will visit five Asian countries and five North American cities. Resuming promotions for their album, “The Beginning“, the boys will hold concerts in Thailand, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, New York, L.A., Washington D.C., San Francisco, and Canada.

Jaejoong specifically will be in charge of directing the concerts in Asia. He has previously directed certain stage productions, even partaking in the visual effects component with the other staff members for their last concerts in Korea, U.S., and Japan.

A representative from C-JeS Entertainment stated, “Jaejoong’s interest in directing concerts has been growing. After proving his credibility by directing some performances in previous concerts, we named him as one of the directors of our world tour“.

Before embarking on the epic tour, JYJ is planning to hold a fan meeting in March, in celebration of ‘White Day’.

Today, Yoochun and Junsu came to the Military Manpower Adminstration for their medical examination.
I don’t usually pay attention to male idols, so I didn’t think much about it.
Upon further observation, (I realised that) they were really different from other artists, and people who appear at performances. Not only were they friendly, but humble as well. They were smiling as they signed autographs for the other students that were going for the medical examination, and chatted with the students beside them.
After the medical examination was over, they smiled and said goodbye to each of the staff in a friendly manner, showing me a whole new side to artists.

JYJ Youngwoong Jaejoong, Park Yoochun, and Kim Junsu recently received their medical examination at Military Manpower Administration (MMA).
CJeS Entertainment official confirmed to Newsen on February 16th, “It’s true that the three members received their physical examinations at Seoul Military Manpower Administration on February 14th,” he said, “Currently they’re waiting for the results.”

The official added, “The original result actually had come out immediately, yet since it suggested that Park Yoochun had an asthma, it seems that he needs to get a further thorough examinations. The members will probably be re-examined after they get their results.”
The three members are in their mid-20s however this is their first time to get a medical examination. The official explained, “They’ve been busy promoting abroad ever since in their early 20s, so they’re just able to receive the examination now.”

FLL is a robotic competition that is created by US First Scholarship Foundation that brings participants from elementary school to high school students to join the culture festival.

The FLL competition that will be held on January 29th at Ilsan KINTEX is conducted by a joint agreement of First Scholarship Foundation and FEST Creative Engineering Education Association as its host.
